Dachser completes Brummer buy

Dachser has completed acquisition of German-Austrian Brummer Group and has integrated it into its European network for the transport and storage of temperature-controlled food. Brummer specialises in transport, warehousing, and contract logistics services for food, including frozen foods below −18 degrees Celsius, in the region of southern Germany and Austria and follows recent acquisitions of Müller Fresh Food Logistics in the Netherlands and Frigoscandia in northern Europe. Brummer was one of the founding partners of the European Food Network in 2013, which spans 34 European countries under Dachser’s leadership.
