Cathay offers piece-level tracking
[ September 11, 2024 // Chris Lewis ]Cathay Cargo has added piece-level tracking to its Cathay Courier solution for express delivery of small urgent shipments. It offers a “flown as booked” service, either either airport-to-airport or with collection and delivery and a booking window that closes four hours before departure, or 90 minutes for documents and shipments of up to 32kg, while shipments can be retrieved 90 minutes after wheels down.
The tracking solution is offered in partnership with Linex, Cathay Cargo’s exclusive general sales agent and part of the Lenton Group, a specialist in courier and cross-border e-commerce shipments. Customers will be able to track shipments on Linex systems at piece level, or at air waybill level on the Cathay Cargo website in the usual way.
