Big plans for Southampton: updated with picture

Planning consultancy Turley Associates has submitted ten planning applications for office, logistics, industrial, residential and leisure floor space at Adanac Park on the edge of Southampton at the gateway to the city and docks and close to the local motorway network. They include over 31,500 sq m of storage and distribution space plus over 40,000 sq m of office space.
