ABP Humber in the running for ninth year

Associated British Ports is once again sponsoring The ABP Humber Coastal Half Marathon and 10K on 21 September. Now in its ninth year, and organised by Tape2Tape, it is billed as one of the most scenic races on the east coast with its unique coastal location, alongside the Humber Estuary.    

ABP adds that both the half marathon and 10k are flat so perfect for those new to running.   There is also a one-mile family fun run accessible for all who wish to run, walk, push a pushchair or wheelchair.

The main charity will again be with RNLI Cleethorpes. The race will see runners converge on the resort from all over the country, many of whom stay overnight in local guest houses and hotels, bringing an out of main season boost to the local economy. A fantastic finish on Cleethorpes sea front awaits all finishers on Sunday 21^st September.”
