ABP to spearhead Pride in Maritime Day
[ February 24, 2022 // Chris ]Associated British Ports (‘ABP’) says it is taking a leading role in the launch of Maritime UK’s first ever ‘Pride in Maritime Day’ on Monday, 28 February. It has been created as part of the Diversity in Maritime Charter programme, which ABP joined in January 2021 to share and celebrate progress for the LGBTQ+ community in the sector. Over the past 18 months, ABP’s LGBTQ+ Network has been supporting Maritime UK’s Pride in Maritime Network, through participating in roundtable discussions and sharing best practice.
ABP will be hosting a live-streamed panel event on 28 February.
