Abu Dhabi temp-controlled hub set to start soon

AD Ports Group says that its KLP21 advanced warehousing and logistics hub in Abu Dhabi will be available in the third quarter of the year.

Comprising four warehouses with over 80,000sq m of capacity, it will be one of the largest and the most advanced temperature-controlled logistics hubs in the region, able to accommodate over 100,000 pallets across a network of chambers which can be configured to a range of sizes and temperatures, including -26°C to 25°C. It will offer third- and fourth-party logistics services and value-added services including re-packing, specialty packing and labelling.

It forms part of Abu Dhabi’s vision to become a major global hub for key industries such as life sciences and food sectors.
