Agility to fight on

Kuwait-based forwarder Agility vowed to clear its name after it was arraigned before a jury by the US Department of Justice on 16 August. It said that in bringing the case, the Department of Justice had “criminalized what is, at most, a civil contract dispute.” However, it would now focus on bringing the facts to light before a jury. The charges relate to alleged overcharging for work carried out for the US military in Iraq and Kuwait.
