Air City buy gives Seko more bite in the Big Apple

SEKO Logistics has bought New York-based freight forwarder and cross-border ecommerce expert, Air-City – its largest-ever acquisition. Air-City has 15 offices worldwide and was among the first freight agents authorized by the China Government in 1994 and holds a certificate of approval for the establishment of enterprises in China. Similar to the recent purchase of GoodShip International in Chicago, Air-City will add additional resources and growth to SEKO in the New York region and is part of its programme to expand its global footprint. In the past 18 months, SEKO has also acquired a majority shareholding in its partner Omni-Channel Logistics Australia.
