Air Freight Bazaar buy puts Freightos in Indian market

Freightos, owners of the WebCargo live air cargo rate distribution and bookings platform, has acquired Air Freight Bazaar, a regional airfreight rates and sales website based in Chennai, India. It sees India as a very promising market, growing at 17% year on year between 2016 and 2017 and ripe for digitisation. The current team will remain onboard as Freightos India employees and Air Freight Bazaar customers will receive access to WebCargo’s existing platform.
