Airbus extends KN contract

Plane-make Airbus has renewed its Lead Logistics Provider contract with Kuehne + Nagel until 2016. KN will continue to manage Airbus’ entire production logistics in the UK, France, Germany, Spain and China for all aircraft programmes.The forwarder has recently taken over tasks not directly related to Airbus’ core business such as section handling, kitting, after sales and wing wrapping for the A380.
