A heavylift ship carrying five Chinese-built ‘megamax’ quayside cranes for the new Liverpool2 container terminal is nearing its destination. The cranes can handle 30 moves per hour can operate in wind speeds of up to 55 miles per hour.

Liverpool’s new container port is due to open in December.
