AMI : loyal supporter of Canadian football ladies

Airfreight and express wholesaler AMI took on a gruelling tour of Europe and Scandinavia when it supported the freight forwarder for the Canadian National Ladies’ Football Team. As well as arranging temporary customs clearance and collection of more than 40 bags and pieces of sports- and training equipment arriving in Amsterdam from Vancouver, it also involved road trabnsport by specialist tail-lift vehicle before delivering the gear back to Amsterdam for the return flight to Canada.

In a message to AMI staff, Maeve Glass of the Canadian Soccer Association said: “I wanted to convey our sincere thanks for the outstanding service you and your team at Menzies provided on our two recent European tours. It was terrific working with such experienced personnel who displayed a great understanding of the needs of our national football team.”
