ANA founders to bow out

Crawley-based General Sales Agent ANA Aviation has undergone a management buyout from owners and founders Andy Leslie and Andy King with funding from Lloyds TSB Commercial Finance. ANA manages freighters flying from Ostend to Africa and is active in GSA across Europe. The company’s two owners were quoted in a press report as saying they were “approaching the time when we would like to retire” and had been considering their exit strategy. They had invited senior board members to carry out a management buyout as this was the ideal solution.
