Appointments and promotions spearhead EV Cargo growth

Hong Kong-based forwarding, supply chain and technology company, EV Cargo has appointed Paul Coutts as chief operating officer on 1 September 2021. He is expected to be based in Singapore and joins from Singapore Post where, as Group chief executive, he has overseen the transformation of the 160-year-old Singapore listed company. He was previously chief executive of Toll Global Forwarding and brings more than 35 years of experience in the logistics industry.
At the same time, chief executive of EV Cargo’s Palletforce Express Division Michael Conroy has been promoted to the new role of chief executive of EV Cargo UK, a newly created role.
EV Cargo Technology chief executive Craig Sears-Black takes on a new role of executive vice president, growth and innovation, and Duncan Grewcock has been promoted to chief executive of Technology. Chief executive of global forwarding Clyde Buntrock will have an expanded role with the technology arm reporting to him on a global basis. Chief executiveof EV Cargo Solutions, Andy Humpherson, will expand his role to include owned fleet transport, while Wendy Dean joins as executive vice president of people, focusing on the company’s diversity and inclusivity programme.
