Aramex extends child charity scheme

Freight forwarder Aramex UK has extended its charity partnership with retailer Childrensalon to ensure donations are able to reach those who need them most anywhere in the world.

Through Aramex’s logistical expertise, Childrensalon has been able to support over 45 charitable projects around the world since 2012, donating over £1 million, thousands of hours of staff time, and more than 12,000kg of clothing items to communities in need.

Recent initiatives include delivering vital supplies to Brightlingsea School in Ghana, raising nearly £15,000 towards a £25,000 goal this year for Street Children Iringa, providing safe housing and employment training for young mothers and partnering on global relief efforts, ensuring essential clothing, footwear, and toys reach families in crisis.
