Arvato expands Dutch operation

Arvato Supply Chain Solutions has expanded its logistics centre in Venray, the Netherlands, to 12,000 sq m. The new hall module intended for the growing business of long-standing customer Victron Energy for which Arvato will provide warehousing and transport services for the customer’s B2B business. Both partners recently extended their cooperation until 2027. Please refer to the press release for further details. Arvato has been handling logistics and fulfillment at the site since 2015 for the company, which manufactures equipment for autonomous power generation and solar systems. Victron Energy has a particularly large number of heavyweight products in its portfolio, and the site uses innovative lifting technology from TAWI for easier handling. The new warehouse module was equipped with an in-rack sprinkler system specially designed for hazardous goods.
