B&H moves fast to keep Kiwi paramedics in the air

Aerospace logistics specialist B&H Worldwide has helped the Northland Emergency Services Trust (NEST) in New Zealand get one of its rescue helicopters back in the air.

NEST’s three Sikorsky S-76 emergency rescue helicopters are the only service in New Zealand using this model of emergency helicopters, crewed by qualified St John paramedic crew.
B&H teams in Singapore and New Zealand sprang into action to source the required part which was located in Indonesia, put onto a next-flight-out service into Singapore and then on the first flight to Auckland.  B&H then organised a dedicated vehicle to transport the parts the last 160km by road to Whangarei the same day.
