Bullet Express opens Westway Park

United Kingdom Warehousing Association (UKWA) chief executive Clare Bottle officially opened Scottish-based logistics company Bullet Expres’s new 67,000sq ft storage centre at Westway Park on 10 October.

Bullet Express Westway Storage Centre has storage space for 12,500 pallets and easy access to both the M8 and Glasgow Airport.

It will boost the company’s storage and distribution capacity by 30%.

Managing director, John McKail, said: “We’re proud to be able to give Clare Bottle, the Chief Executive of the United Kingdom Warehousing Association, a tour of our new Bullet Express Westway Storage Centre in Renfrew, along with our other operating centres at Bothwell, Baillieston and London Road in Glasgow. “The extra capacity provided by the new centre further establishes Bullet Express as one of the best connected logistics businesses in the UK and helps meet the growing demands from clients for access to even more storage space.

“With quick access to both the M8 and Glasgow Airport, the connectivity provided at Bullet Express Westway Storage Centre is second to none. The Bullet Express network also includes the Bothwell, Express Pallet Centre and headquarters, the Baillieston Storage Centre, the London Road, Glasgow Storage Centre and the Glespin, Storage Satellite.
