Business as usual for full-load specialist

[ April 22, 2021   //   ]

Europa’s Continental Cargo Carriers (CCC) full- and part-load arm says that normal service has now resumed following Brexit-rlated challenges at the start of the year.
General manager Carlo Turner (pictured below) said that traffic was now increasing week on week with minimal delays. He added: “Volumes for March are now back to pre-Covid levels and are continuing to increase. Brexit, as well as Covid-19 has brought us many challenges, but we invested and adapted to ensure customers faced the least possible disruption.”
CCC created a Continental Flow delivered duty paid (DDP) service under which it acts as an EU global VAT representative for its customers.
CCC operates a fleet of 270 trailers, with a 4000 m2 warehouse and employs a team in Belgium and the UK. It was acquired by Europa Worldwide Group in 2018 but is a wholly separate division.
