Cargo-partner makes offer for Sim Cargo shares

Austrian-based forwarder Cargo-partner has made an offer to acquire one third of its partner Sim Cargo, a provider of smart groupage solutions. Cargo-partner has been part of the groupage network and a system partner of Sim Cargo for many years now, especially for distribution in Central and Eastern Europe. Should the offer be accepted, Cargo-partner would aim to finalize the transaction by the end of the third quarter of 2022.
