Cargo-partner offers dangerous goods space
[ July 2, 2024 // Chris Lewis ]Cargo-partner has expanded the capabilities of its warehouse in Roermond to include handling and storing dangerous goods, following a recent quality accreditation.
The 7,000sq m building has a dedicated 3,000sq m area for dangerous goods. Key features include a dedicated cross-docking area, continuous video surveillance, a CO₂ gas extinguishing system, and fire safety equipment.
The facility can store hazardous materials in IBC containers, drums, and on pallets and is specifically suited for dangerous goods classes 2, 3, 4.1, 6.1, 8, and 9 (excluding fluids and high-power lithium batteries).
Roermond is located on the border between Belgium, Luxembourg, and Germany.
