Cargolux accepts freighter no. 26

Cargolux Airlines took delivery of its 14th 747-8 freighter from Boeing at a ceremony in Seattle on 30 September. It brings the total Cargolux fleet to 26 747 freighters, the largest the company has ever operated. The new aircraft was named ‘Spirit of Schengen’, after the EU passport free travel area. Presumably the new aircraft will not be a regular visitor to the UK.
