Scan Global acquires Sea-Air

Copenhagen-headquartered Scan Global Logistics has acquired Hong Kong-based Sea-Air Logistics. SGL said the move would strengthen its already comprehensive and decades-long operations in mainland China and Hong Kong and allow for further penetration in segments such as technology and pharma.
