Descartes has acquired Ireland-based Aerospace Software Developments (ASD) for $61 million. ASD offers customs filing solutions under its Thyme-IT brand and Irish customs domain expertise to Descartes' Global Logistics Network and solutions and will help logistics companies comply with Irish regulatory requirements says Descartes.
