Ceva women take two
[ May 25, 2012 // Chris ]CEVA Logistics won two awards at the 2012 MAN everywoman in Transport and Logistics Awards in London on 17 May.
Joanne Griffiths, CEVA’s senior general manager, training and quality, UK, Ireland and Nordics was the winner of the Industry Trainer of the Year Award. She is described as “a highly respected and integral member of CEVA’s senior management team” who “leads by example and has an open and inclusive approach to her management style. She embraces diversity and inclusion and demonstrates this through her collaborative and consultative approach. She is non-judgemental and encourages everyone to work together because she truly believes that the more diverse a team is the better performing it will be.
And enviromental adviser, Stephanie Unitt, was winner of the Green Champion Award. She is “a highly energized, passionate thought leader. She drives change using her expertise and has a proven track record of achieving real improvements in the environmental record for CEVA across all of the company’s sites. Stephanie has been successful in moving the green agenda from a ‘nice to have’ to a real business advantage and has done so while being a model professional in her field.”
