CMA CGM to absorb Turkey’s Horoz

Turkey-based Horoz Bolloré Logistics, a joint venture formed in 2000 by Bolloré Logistics and Horoz Logistics, has now been fully acquired by Bolloré Logistics and will be integrated into CMA CGM-owned Ceva Logistics’ existing operations in the country. It will allow CEVA Logistics to significantly enhance its service offerings.
