Containers for Crowley

Crowley Maritime is putting into service $32.7 million worth of new cargo carrying equipment including 325, 20-foot chassis, 600 53-foot dry containers,400 53-foot chassis and 440 generator sets, all of which are expected to arrive by the end of May. These arrivals follow 500 45-foot (102-inch wide) dry containers and 400 40-foot high cube refrigerated containers received at the end of 2015.
The new equipment will support the introduction of two new LNG-powered, con ro ships currently under construction for the Puerto Rico market.
