Dangerous goods training refreshed
[ December 8, 2011 // Chris ]Exis is offering a computer-based Refresher Course to help companies train staff in changes to dangerous goods legislation. Mandatory training for shore-side staff involved in dangerous goods transport by sea is a requirement of the IMDG Code and Exis has already developed a computer-based training tool, IMDG Code e-learning, with the support of the International Maritime Organization and industry bodies to address the need to train large numbers of staff economically and flexibly. The Refresher Course covers Amendments34-08 to 35-10 of the IMDG Code, along with general refresh. Prices start at £60 per student, with discounts for multiple purchases and the course is available for the web and company intranets.
