DHL offers advice for start-ups

Deutsche Post DHL Group’s DHL Global Forwarding arm has launched a helpdesk in Berlin to help new businesses with logistics and supply chain issues. English and German-speaking staff can advise on requirements that need to be met if products and goods are to be offered or procured in other countries, including outside the European Union, shipping and customs documentation, packaging, choice of transport mode, customs requirements and insurance, among others.
