DHL offers hassle-free returns and two-hour London deliveries
[ October 14, 2024 // Chris Lewis ]DHL Express has introduced a new ‘label-free’ service for package returns. It relieves online consumers of the need to search for a printer to print the label, or to use pre-printed merchant provided labels and returns form from the original shipment. The new services uses a digital process. A QR code is sent to the customer, who shows it at a DHL ServicePoint for package drop-off or to a DHL courier for pickup. The service is currently live in over 50 countries around the world.
DHL Express has also signed a partnership with on-demand and hyper-local delivery firm Toshi. It will allow DHL Express to offer additional final mile options within the Greater London M25 area, including one or two hour delivery windows, seven days a week. Toshi deliveries are made by a fully electric fleet.
