Dover axes truck weighing

Freight vehicles using the Port of Dover are no longer being weighed. New regulations are a result of the Government’s “Red Tape Challenge”, allowing operators to dispense with the costly and time-consuming process. However, the port stresses that freight driversmust still have the correct weight declaration.
