DSV appoints customer service ‘king’
[ July 23, 2016 // Chris ]DSV Road has appointed Vicky King as its new general manager for customer service. Previously site manager within John Lewis (Dartford), she brings a wealth of logistics sector experience, from transport up to transport manager, before moving into operations and warehousing.
In her new role, Vicky will streamline customer services across the UK, improve efficiency and introduce a structure for accountability.
She says: “DSV is a very innovative organisation with the passion and commitment to make the changes necessary to fuel growth. I am confident that we will quickly develop new and improved best practices to keep DSV as market leaders.”
