DSV starts CNG trials

DSV has launched a trial of a CNG-fuelled truck in Immingham. If successful, it will help the Danish-owned company to achieve the Science Based Targets set by the DSV Sustainability Board. The Bio-CNG comes from a waste feedstock and is verified and approved by the Department for Transport. The company reports that the vehicle displayed excellent performance  compared to diesel equivalent vehicles on the same routes during the first week of trials. Switching our HGV fleet from diesel to Biomethane will be critical for reaching our transport decarbonisation goals.
