Duvenbeck to buy Sander

Duvenbeck Group is to take over fellow German operator Sander Logistics Group. Sander’s sites in Hamburg, Itzehoe, Rostock, Halle and Moosburg will will complement the current Duvenbeck network and improve access to northern and eastern Germany. Sander will continue to operate under its own brand but will gain access to Duvenbeck Group’s resources and network. Duvenbeck Group, based in Bocholt, North Rhine-Westphalia, now operates over 40 business sites in 13 countries.
