Duvenbeck to take over Dutch specialist
[ February 23, 2024 // Chris Lewis ]German logistics company, Duvenbeck has signed an agreement to take over Netherlands operator Schotpoort Logistics, subject to approval by the competition authorities. The family-owned company, which has its headquarters in Eerbeek near Arnhem, specialises in transport, warehousing, contract and project logistics and with main customers including the paper and packaging, consumer goods and solar power companies. It also manages more than 70,000 square metres of warehouse space.
In addition to the company’s headquarters in Eerbeek near Arnhem, it operates facilities across the Netherlands and a fleet of 120 trucks, including subcontractors. All 180 employees at Schotpoort Logistics will join Duvenbeck.
Duvenbeck headquartered in Bocholt, North Rhine-Westphalia now has 40 locations in 11 countries and a fleet of 1600 trucks.
