Egyptair to restore Dublin service
[ February 25, 2022 // Chris ]Back to the land of the PyramidsEgyptair is to restore year-round flights to Dublin, reports the Routes website. The route from Cairo will start on 2 June four times per week using Airbus A320neo aircraft. Flights will be on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays and Sundays.
The route is also expected to open up new destinations in Africa and the Middle East on Egyptair’s network beyond Cairo. The last nonstop service between Ireland and Egypt ended in January 2016 when Thomson Airways cut its year-round Dublin-Sharm El-Sheikh service.
