Emirates adds Iran link

Emirates will launch a new service from its Dubai hub to Mashhad, Iran from 1 September. An Airbus A330-200 will depart on Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday from Dubai at 04.10 arriving at Mashhad at 07.00, returning at at 08.45 and arriving in Dubai at 10.45hrs. There will be17 tonnes of cargo capacity each way and commodities expected include saffron, nuts, fruits, leather and personal effects.
