England key to Scots success, says FTA

The Freight Transport Association called for the international supply chain through English gateway ports and airports to be secured alongside those through Scottish gateways as part of its Freight Manifesto for Scotland published on 21 April ahead of next month’s elections. In its Welsh manifesto, published on 20 April it called for improvement to key road trade routes such as the M4 and A55 and for better rail infrastructure to allow more use of rail freight.
