Eurogate Intermodal boss steps down

Lars Hedderich, managing director of independent European shipping terminal operator Eurogate’s Intermodal arm is to step down at the end of the year. The move comes as part of  a change process, which aims to permanently reduce the leading group’s personnel and material costs by €84 million. His place will be taken by Christopher Beplat who, will take over sole management of the subsidiary.
