Europa recruits in Southampton

Europa Worldwide Logistics, the company bought by former RH Freight owner Andrew, appointed has three new team members in Southampton, including John Moy as new branch manager. He is joined by new account managers Gary Thorne and Peter Jaffray.

Europa sales director Dionne Redpath said: “John’s appointment and the investment in developing the team come at a time when we aim to meet a growing customer demand for both import and export. Our aim is to be the UK’s clear number one groupage operator, and to achieve that we need to be number one in each geographic area of the UK. This step will greatly assist us in achieving that goal in the Southampton area.”

Europa is expecting to add more routes throughout 2014 and also has plans to open an additional branch in the East Midlands.
