Europa selects single partner for Italy

Europa Road is to operate all its export services to Italy through a single partner, Bianchi, in order to reduce complexity of its operation. Operations director, Dan Cook (pictured), said Como-based Bianchi had proved to be an extremely reliable and efficient agent and was the obvious choice for all Europa traffic to the country.

Europa now offers a twice daily departure to and from Como, adding a second departure last year, making it Europa Road’s first ever long haul service to have two structured departures in each direction every day. Dan Cook added that Bianchi has since opened up branches in other parts of Italy which have daily connections to and from Como

Bianchi Group vice president, Marco Zennaro, said that he hoped to push departures up to three times a day by the end of the year.
