Europa to take on more Rapid recruits

Europa Worldwide Group is to make a second intake of applications this year for its Rapid Career Development Programme

It follows the 2021 re-launch of the programme, which gives candidates the chance to become part of its Europa Road sales team and become a trainee road account manager. This year, Europa has already taken on 13 successful candidates, who started in April 2021 working across its 13 branches.

Europa has now announced a second intake. Video screening and first and second stage interviews will begin from June with successful applicants starting to work within the business from September 2021.

Europa’s early career talent manager, Lana Jay, is speaking to schools and universities across the country to encourage pupils to consider logistics as a career choice and share information about the opportunities available.
