Feeding frenzy for Tilbury
[ January 6, 2015 // Chris ]The Port of Tilbury has signed a new five-year agreement with Cefetra to handle animal feed imports for the East Anglian area. It will bring thousands of tonnes of cargo a year. Owners Forth Ports will also provide a dedicated 60,000-tonne quayside storage facility. Cefetra, which trades over 3 million tonnes in the UK and Ireland, is a major customer of Forth Ports making regular use of the other strategically placed ports in the group including Leith and Rosyth on the east coast of Scotland.
