Film on Forth

Ports can be pretty diverse businesses these days, but it’s not so often that they get into the film business. This however is exactly what Forth Ports Leith is doing.
Screen Scotland is inviting proposals for the operation of a world class film and TV production facility at 31 Bath Road inside the dock gate.
In fact, the studios, housed a former industrial building, already have a film pedigree and recently hosted Marvel’s Avengers: Infinity War in 2017). They are just three miles north of the city-centre and within reach of some breathtaking Scottish locations for any scenes that cannot be created inside the studio.
