Flight No. 1000 for IAG Cargo charters

IAG Cargo operated its 1000^th charter flight of 2020, a Boeing 777-200 which departed at the end of the year from London Heathrow for Los Angeles Airport. To date, more than 750 charter flights have transported PPE and medical supplies, and are also being used to transport COVID-19 vaccines.

Other notable charters during the year included fresh, perishable items, like large scale shipments of cherries from Chile to London, and industrial supplies, such as mining equipment from Finland to the USA.
