Ocean and air freight routing and planning platform Fluent Cargo is partnering with market intelligence firm Xeneta.

By working together, they aim to give users comprehensive information alongside routing capabilities, allowing them to make more efficient decisions.

As Xeneta’s inaugural partner in the Australia/New Zealand region, Fluent Cargo will help introduce Xeneta’s market data to a broader audience, including companies that might not have pursued a direct subscription.

The Fluent Cargo platform allows shippers to input an airport, seaport, city, or country and view a variety of route options and carriers. Xeneta’s freight rate benchmarking and market analytics platform provides the world’s largest dataset of real-time and on-demand ocean and air freight rates.

Chief Revenue Officer at Xeneta, George Thomas, said: “The freight industry is evolving rapidly, and traditional procurement strategies no longer align with today’s dynamic market conditions. By partnering with Fluent Cargo, we’re significantly enhancing our brand awareness and introducing our best-in-class market data to a broader audience, empowering more businesses to make smarter, market-informed decisions. We see this partnership opening doors for innovative solutions like indexing and paving the way for transformative tools that will continue to gain traction across the industry.”

Fluent Cargo chief executive, Archival Garcia, added: “The Xeneta partnership provides us with valuable market pricing information that combined with our schedules and routing, will quickly provide our user base with the best option available based on speed, cost and emissions. This collaboration will help our vision to provide our customers with valuable information for all things cargo to allow them to plan and manage shipments more efficiently.”
