Freeport East signs green gas deal
[ February 7, 2024 // Chris Lewis ]Freeport East has signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Australian-based, storage firm, Rux Energy to store, distribute and supply of low carbon hydrogen within the UK and export it across the world. Rux Energy has created unique nanoporous advanced materials and innovative carbon-composite tanks to improve the safety and reduce the costs, of hydrogen storage and distribution and effectively remove the blockers to hydrogen adoption globally it says. Rux has also registered its UK subsidiary, Rux Energy UK, in Harwich, a first outside Australia.
