Freight man for Air Charter Services in Moscow

Former freight forwarder Azat Mulgimov has become general director of Air Charter Service’s Moscow office. He has spent the last five years as commercial director at Russian cargo charter airline Aviacon Zitotrans, and prior to this he was Managing Director of a freight forwarding company in Russia.
