Gefco teams up to boost Russian exports

Forwarding and logistics company Gefco has signed an agreement with the Russian Export Center to provide companies with global logistics solutions. The aim is to enhance Russian export capacities, starting with the automotive industry and moving in to other strategic manufacturing sectors.

Gefco, now a subsidiary of the Russian Railways (RZD), will bring door-to-door logistics and transport solutions and access to its global network.

The Export Center, established with the support of the government of Russian Federation offers a ‘single window’ for exporters and will provide legal, financing and business development advice.
