Grimaldi to open Sardinia link

Grimaldi is to introduce a new freight and passenger ro ro service from Livorno and Olbia in north eastern Sardinia from 11 January under the Motorways of the Sea scheme. The new route will be operated by the ro-pax vessel Zeus Palace offering 2,000 metres of freight space and will run daily (except Sunday) in both directions, with a transit time of eight hours.
